Guru Nanak Institute of Management (GNIM), is a private institute that was established in 1996 in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. It is affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) and is established by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee. The University is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Currently, it offers UG, PG and PG diploma programmes under various specialisations of Management. Apart from the regular courses, it also offers a Mentorship Programme that focuses on the personal development of students. It also offers international opportunities through its student and faculty exchange programme. The courses offered by the Institute are ISO Certified 9001:2008.

GNIM is a member of the Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA). It has also signed an MOU with NSE for NSE Certified Capital Market Professional (NCCMP) course. It also organises a boot camp in collaboration with iMet Global to boost the entrepreneurial skills of students. As a part of the course curriculum, all students are required to take up a two-month internship assignment with an organisation for industry exposure. Apart from the regular courses, it also offers add-on courses like Digital Marketing Financial Modelling, Entrepreneurship and Foreign Languages to upgrade the skill of students.

The Institute has a well-developed infrastructure, which includes a library with a collection of over 25,000 books & journals, four laboratories with 262 latest version software computers, auditorium, seminar hall, air-conditioned lecture halls besides a host of other recreational facilities. It also offers education loan facilities to economically weak students in collaboration with Punjab & Sind Bank.

Guru Nanak Institute of Management Admission Process

Currently, it offers BCom (Hons), MCA and PGDM programmes in different specialisations. All courses offered by the Institute are full-time. Admission to all these programmes is conducted online through the official website of the Institute. Students are required to appear for IPU CET conducted by GGSIPU for Guru Nanak Institute of Management admission process. The course-wise details are given below:

UG and PG Courses

  • Admission to BCom (Hons) and MCA is based on IPU CET scores
  • Candidates, who have completed Class 12 in any stream, can apply for BCom (Hons)
  • A candidate must have completed a bachelor’s degree to apply for MCA programme

PGDM Course

  • PGDM admissions are based on CAT/ MAT scores
  • Candidates, who have completed graduation in the relevant stream, can apply for PGDM programme
  • Final selection of students is based on the entrance exam scores and their performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI)

Guru Nanak Institute of Management Courses

The Institute offers three programmes, namely BCom (Hons), MCA and PGDM under various specialisations of Management. BCom (Hons) and MCA are offered with a course duration of three years and a seat intake of 60 students each. Guru Nanak Institute of Management Placements

Guru Nanak Institute of Management Scholarships

The Institute offers three scholarships on merit-basis. The amount of the scholarship depends upon the marks secured by students. Details regarding Guru Nanak Institute of Management scholarships are mentioned below:

Scholarship for BCom/ MCA students:

BCom/ MCA students are awarded with a Minority Scholarship. Candidates, who belong to Minority category, can get a scholarship of up to Rs 25,000.

Scholarship for PGDM students:

PGDM students are awarded with a scholarship based on their graduation scores. The maximum amount of scholarship is Rs 25,000. Given below are the details for the same:
